Year on year success with Independent Schools

The independent sector is rightly proud of its diversity, its commitment to a broad and balanced education, the quality of care and the outstanding achievement of its pupils. Many independent school pupils go on to be leaders in their field but whatever their ultimate destination, entrepreneurial skills are key to success.

Leading employers increasingly focus on personal and enterprise skills in recruiting graduates, taking it as read that prospective employees will have outstanding academic success.

EiA have been working with leading independent schools to develop the 21st Century Skills they need to be successful. Our "21st Century Skills for a 21st Century Success" and "Classroom to Boardroom" programmes are amongst the two most popular sessions chose by Independent Schools. Vitally the programmes re-inforce the tools and skills required by employers today.

Our strong links with the Corporate world enables the students to gain first hand knowledge and interaction with the business world as real life challenges are set by business leaders, for example in the "Classroom to Boardroom" week.

Surbiton High School has chosen EiA for the past 3 years to deliver engaging and inspirational events to their students. In 2011 EiA shall be delivering 3 programmes to Year 10, 11 and Lower V1. Please click click on the video by Ann Haydon, Principal on the right hand side of the page.
