Our superb team of professional business coaches, running our innovative programmes, make sure that when we run a course we really touch the hearts and minds of the young people and INSPIRE them to make the most of themselves.   

Our coaches have diverse backgrounds and personalities, but have three things in common:

• A passion and belief that every young person has talent and potential – though it may be hidden or channelled in a negative direction.
  
• The ability to inspire that person to make the most of their lives - some of our coaches struggled in their early years themselves.
  
• An understanding of the link between education and business or entrepreneurship – many of our coaches have or still do run their own businesses as well.
