Construct your career!

This Programme was a first for EiA, developed with East Potential, based in Newham, who run Foyers in East London. Foyers provide accommodation, training and employment opportunities for young people aged 16-24.

The 2-day programme, delivered in November 2007, was developed specifically to work with a small group of 12 young Foyer residents, who were considering signing up for the East Potential Construction programme.

It was targeted for them to;

• Look at themselves and their motivation
• Give them an insight from Managers in the Construction Industry, and, through an Enterprise Challenge, get a feel for what the business is about.
