EiA ran a Classroom to Boardroom programme on the 26th- 28th August 2015 with Trinity School. This is the second year we have ran our Classroom to Boardroom programme with Trinity School. The challenge was set by KPMG.

KPMG in the UK is a leading provider of professional services including audit, tax and advisory. They have 162,000 professionals working together to deliver value in 155 countries.

They set the following challenge:

Firstly, you will need to choose a name for your professional services firm.

Next, you will need to develop a 30-40 minute presentation to present to the Addage Executive Board.

Within your presentation you will need to include:

  • A brief introduction as to why Diversity and Inclusion are important to an organisation
  • The recruitment objectives you aim to achieve
  • Your Diversity and Inclusion strategy, this should include: Your recruitment strategy (e.g. social media, print, recruitment and assessment tools etc.)
  • Budget and costing estimates (Your budget is £100k)
