New college students kick start the new academic year with EiA
Last week they met with the EiA coaching team who helped them explore their motivation, looked at what makes people successful, and started a journey to build their confidence and skills to support their college work.
What did the students say they had gained from the day?

- Learning about different people and what they've achieved
- Learning from failure
- Be positive
- More confidence from having taken part in the day
This is the start of a Passport to Success programme over coming months
