The EiA takes on board the requirements of independent schools and offers bespoke tailoring of our programmes for delivery within the independent sector.
Our Vision:
As well as facilitating academic excellence, the EiA strives to develop students of entrepreneurial and business excellence. We aim to offer students an inspirational, high-energy and challenging educational experience through one, or a combination, of our exceptionally high-quality extra-curricular activities.
Our bespoke programmes are tailored to your students needs to help create a distinctive and stimulating environment within which students are encouraged to use their own initiative as well as working together to achieve common business goals.
Every boy or girl will ultimately be engaged in some form of economic activity, whether in the City, in one of the professions, in the academic world, the industrial world, the third sector, public service or as an entrepreneur. Whatever their ultimate destination, entrepreneurial skills (sometimes referred to as ‘intrapreneurial’ skills when used in the world of employment) are key to success.
To enhance the connection between education and the world of employment, previous EiA programmes have been developed in conjunction with partners from the business world. Previous partners have included organisations from the private and statutory sectors such as IBM, SERCO, Transport For London, SHELL, Barclays Capital and the Department for Children Schools and Families. Working in conjunction with these organisations makes each EiA experience unique and has added to the breadth of our portfolio in rewarding programmes.
The EiA, through our wide range of enterprise and business programmes, strive to teach students to be entrepreneurial in their outlook and to be innovators in all that they do.
Our Outcomes:
EiA programmes are designed to deliver key outcomes for all participating students:
- Teaching skills for 21st Century success such as teamwork, good communication and responsibility.

We invite participating students to become part of the EiA family and to remain in touch with us about developments in their own academic, employment and life journeys.
