In this age of youth unemployment, the importance of teaching young people effective skills to find work for themselves has never been so important. This programme provides structured and proven steps on how to get noticed by potential employers to secure work placements, internships and identify potential job opportunities.

With the challenging economic conditions, securing employment can be tough. This workshop has been designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and insight to make their job search easier and more effective.

This interactive workshop will challenge young people to consider the employers perspective. What are they looking for in an employee? What makes a CV stand out from the pile? How important is presentation and body language at an interview? If they were the boss how would they decide who to hire?
