Gary Phillips, Head Teacher of Lillian Baylis Technology College, comments on his colleges' participation in our In The City Challenge. the challenege sets children up in an apprentice style scenario where they develop methods to solve a pre-set business problem.
The pupils who took part returned from the challenge with a hightened level of self-belief after achieving "something amazing" during the project. Mr. Phillips highly recommends the EiA project to fellow colleagues.
